ScImgRW is a library which allows you to read/write color, graylevel or black-white images from/to a file. ScImgRW reads/writes .BMP, .TIF, .PNG and .JPG images. The image is read and stored into internal memory in a DIB. This DIB could be used by ScBar, ScPDF417, ScDM and ScQR for recognition of the symbols.
